Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns may also be sent to our Customer Service Center on Rodeo Drive, or you may take your return to our retail store on Rodeo Drive. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Abosolutely. Since we are located on Rodeo Drive, we cater to thousands of international clients every year. For online purchases, we are able to process international purchases by wire transfer. Dependent upon your country of origin, there may be additional duty or VAT fees due. The purchaser is responsible for any fees that may be incurred. How do I get an appraisal for my David Orgell merchandise?

We furnish Insurance Retail Replacement Valuations on any item purchased at David Orgell. There is a minimum fee of $25.00 for each item or set. An Insurance Valuation is an estimate of the cost of replacing your item at David Orgell. Therefore, we will provide Insurance Valuation only for items, which can be replaced by a comparable item currently sold. David Orgell reserves the right to determine whether to provide an Insurance Valuation. An Insurance Valuation is not an indication of the amount for which the piece should be expected to sell. A market price for the sale of a piece can be obtained from any reputable auction house.
